We ship our handmade, hand-crafted candles worldwide through reputable shipping carriers, including DHL and FedEx, ecom express ensuring that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner.
2. Available Currencies
Cennedy.com supports multiple currencies based on your geolocation, including EURO, GBP, INR, AUD, AED, CAD, USD, and NZD. Currency will automatically adjust depending on your location.
3. Global Shipping
We provide worldwide shipping to ensure that our candles can be enjoyed by customers across the globe.
4. Shipping Time
Our maximum delivery time is 7 to 10 working days once your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary based on location, customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Costs
- Personal Orders: Shipping is free of charge if your order is for personal use.
- Commercial Orders: If your order qualifies as a commercial shipment (bulk orders or intended for resale), you will be required to pay shipping costs. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
6. Customs Duties for International Buyers
- Small Quantity Orders: If your order is for personal use and falls under small quantity limits, you will not be required to pay any customs duties.

International Buyers
- If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund. However, you must provide a 10-minute unboxing video as evidence.
- If the product is marked as delivered at your shipping address but you are unable to locate it, please check your delivery location thoroughly. Unfortunately, if the delivery status shows as delivered and the product is not found, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you suspect that someone used your financial information fraudulently to place an order, Cennedy Candle Works will not issue a refund, as it is your responsibility to protect your financial details.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct and complete. Cennedy Candle Works is not responsible for non-delivery or loss of products due to an incorrect shipping address.
